Our scene is shown to be the interview area backstage in the XWF arena. Berenice Kyla is standing around, chatting to Lumpmeister and After. The three appear to be deep in a conversation. Eventually Berenice notices the camera's rolling and turns to face it.

Berenice: Hello XWF! I hope you're excited because with me today I have two stars whose careers look to only get brighter. Let's welcome Lumpmeister and After.

The two partners nod to the camera and grunt.

Berenice: I'll try and keep this as short as possible because I'll be honest, there's a lot to do tonight. After, you must be pretty revved up to fight Clyde Henning tonight. After all, he did make you tap out last week, in his debut match I should mention. What are your thoughts?

After inhales sharply, clearly perturbed by the question as Berenice holds out her microphone towards him.

After: It was a fluke. There's no two ways around it, I made a rare mistake and he caught me off guard. He's not better than me, he's not stronger than me and he's definitely not as good with the ladies. Am I right Lumpy?

The two partners smirk at each other and share a quick high five.

After: So yeah, I am revved up and I'm going to show the XWF world just how I roll. Clyde won't be able to walk after After. If you know what I mean.

The interviewer looks a bit uncomfortable and tries to move the conversation on.

Berenice: I'm sure I don't. "Lumpy", you're in combat against Alicia Flow tonight. We saw earlier that she's been training hard today. How do you think the match will go?

Lumpy grabs the microphone from Berenice rudely and looks down the camera.

Lumpmeister: Alicia, dear. I see you for what you are. A scared girl who needs a man around to do anything. I'm going to eat you up and spit you out. You don't stand a chance and if you think you do, just remember I have my boy After around. He'll make sure that I win, if you know what I mean. You'll either like it, or lump it.

Once again the two partners share a smirk and a cheeky little nod. Berenice rips the microphone away from him.

Berenice: I do know what you mean. Cheating is not the way forward!

After: Whoa whoa whoa cool it won't cha? Who said anything about cheating? We play fair y'know?

Berenice: Unfortunately your reputation does proceed you in that aspect.

The two wrestlers look offended and feign innocence.

Lumpmeister: We have no idea what you mean. Frankly, I'm offended and don't get paid enough to be disrespected by the likes of you. Let's go After.

The two shoot dirty looks at Berenice before walking off shot. The interviewer shakes her head as the camera fades to black.


OOC: I presume Berenice is a female? I've never heard that name before so am not certain haha
