Blut Regen

Bio: Intellegent and wise, until someone bleeds, his sight of blood sends him into a rage. Due to an addiction to blood his moveset is heavily based on making his opponent bleed, when they bleed he becomes more powerful at the sight of it, but this rage makes him wild and unthinking which can lead to nasty situations both for Blut and his opponent
